My constant worry is that a mechanic will mislead the customer into doing major work that is not needed. I had a problem with a suspension noise. I feared the worst yet was most pleased to find that it was only a tire inflation problem due to a nail I picked up on the roadways. I left believeing that the mechanics at Taylormade were as concerned with value as much as the proper performance of my vehicle. Thank you.

As usual, Taylormade diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and set up the replacement in record time. Getting us back on the road. The price was fair and they were polite and courteous. I especially appreciate that they don't talk down to me.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. I just came in to get a smog check and they were very quick (took only about 20 minutes) and helpful, not to mention reasonably priced - especially with the $10 off for mentioning Yelp. No pressure to buy additional items and services, just suggestions as to what was recommended (since my car passed but was at higher than average levels) and when I'm ready to do that, I'll most likely bring my business back to them.
