SO very impressed with my service! When can a young, single girl go to an auto shop, request a simple service, and not walk away without needing "this" and "that" done and spending hundreds of dollars? I'll tell you when, never! Until today at Taylormade :-) All I needed was an oil change and smog check, and that's what I got. Not only that, but amazing customer service. Also, I work night shift and called when I got off work; they were able to switch some stuff around and get me right in, so I could go home and get to bed at a decent hour. They were very busy when I got there, but still were able to complete my servies in a very timely manner. Super nice, very trustworthy, and professional. I will certainly be coming back here!!!

The service is courteous and professional. I appreciate that the job isn't considered done until everything is in perfect order and the vehicle is running smoothly again. I have confidence in Ramiro because I know that he stays up-to-date with his Chevy certification. I know that my cars are in capable hands at the shop and I can count on them being honest with me.

As always - Excellent and prompt service. Had an unexpected problem and the owner and staff were able to take car in sameday,assist me with loaner car company and had car repaired next day. I highly recommend and will always go to Taylormade for my repair needs.

Once again I am a happy customer. Taylormade replaced 4 tires at a competitive price, changed the oil and found a radiator leak that they also replaced for a fair price. They are easy to talk to and offer local rides from and to the garage.

I can't say I've spent an incredible amount of time with Taylormade since the only service I needed was a simple smog check, however, over the phone and as well as in person, the people at Taylormade were considerate, informative, and friendly. I felt like they were a trustworthy and honest business and would consider them for other services should I need them in the future. I should also note that they still honored a deal they has posted on Yelp announcements but seemed to have forgotten to take down once it was over. They are THAT nice.

For friendly fast reliable service that you can trust, this is the place!! Don't waste your time looking for cheaper rates at other shops, these guys are the experts. Taylormade is best on the peninsula!!
