Scott helped me by providing answers to all my questions regarding cost, he also took my car in right away. He kept me posted with the progress of the work and never charged me more than the quote. It was actually less. He had someone give me a ride home eventbough I live really close. They are very professional, honest and very reasonable in rices too.

Didn't get my car repaired here, but Scott who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. the shop gave me an estimate that was out of my price range so I had to go elsewhere, but if I had the time and money i'd try these guys out just because of their excellent customer service.

Years ago Ramiro completed an engine swap in my corvette. When I took it to the state smog referee after checking the system he said it was the cleanest conversion in terms of looks and clean burning he had ever seen. Over the years Taylor Automotive has always done an excellent job on all my vehicles. Recently I took my pickup truck in with 105,000 miles on it and after an evaluation they found I needed a tuneup and the oil in my standard transmission and rear-end needed replacement. After I picked up the truck which had just been washed by the shop as a courtesy while driving home I fell in love with my truck again it had the power as when it was new. The transmission shifted better than new with the special additive he added to it. Ramiro has always been more than polite and really considerate of his customers.

I have always been treated well, courteously, everyone in the shop is friendly, and my car is kept well maintained.

This shop is top notch in my book. I have taken three of my vehicles there for work and all have been repaired right. I have had a coworker take her car there and when they were done, she told me ,they were great and the car was fixed.I know in my mind when I take my vehicle to them I can rest assured that when I pick up my vehicle it is repaired right. These days with all of the dishonest, fly-by-night, shadetree shops out there, it is refreshing to be able to trust someone to work on your car.When they call me and say this is bad or that needs to be replaced and it is going to cost $X, I feel comfortable saying "sure fix it".

The title says it all.Dependability in a world where such is rare.
