Love the fact that I can bring my car in for service and get it back the same day otherwise a rental car is offered at no charge to the customer - 5 stars for that! And 5 stars for the entire experience!

I absolutely love Tayormade. When ever I have had to have service done on my car Romero or Scott have always been very professional and friendly, they have never tried to sell me something my car didn't need. I completely trust Taylormade.

When your car breaks down, it stinks. Taylormade made it less painful. Everyone at Taylormade was awesome! I was always informed, the repairs were completed really quickly, and for a fair price. I was treated like every customer wants to be treated. I feel good about recommending Taylormade to anyone and will go back whenever I need service or repairs for all of my vehicle.

In this day and age finding a good mechanic is few and far between. I started taking my car to Taylor Made when my parents company took their cars to them. The owner Romero is wonderful, very upfront, honest, and will tell you exactly as he see's it. He will let you know if something needs to be worked on but can wait until next time if you are tight on money. They are fast and will even drive your car to you within a few miles. I highly recommend them for the best auto service in the bay!!

seriously, 6 stars! and, i'm cranky lately! i don't know how they are so nice?!? but they are. customer service, professional demeanor, accomodating, friendly-- all above and beyond what i have come to expect from a mechanic or any other service provider. really! so, just brought in the 2004 murano for some deferred maintenance and burning oil/fluid smell. they were polite, helpful, respectful. they did the job, in the tme promised! and when i had a conflict with getting over there to pick up the car before they closed, they were more than helpful to make it work. they gave me the option to pick up the car over the holliday week-end, while they were closed, as the manager was coming in for a few hours, gave me his personal cell # to call if i wanted to come then, or leave it in the facility, safe and secure, until after the long thanksgiving week-end was over. nice! accomodating! and, it was me that couldn't get over there, not at all their fault or under their control. so, came to get the car, got a ride from bart to the shop from them. the car was done, washed!!, and it cost a bit less than the estimated cost!! fantastic! again, super friendly and polite. i have to admit, i was sort of taken aback at how nice they were. i am unfortunately not used to people giving good customer service. wow! what i nice change of pace! i never once had that feeling i was being taken advantage of because i'm a woman and don't really know cars. nice! when i got the car back, the wheel lock key was out of the original packaging, and just in the car. called romero to ask him about it. i explained i had not yet registered the key, and did they still possibly have the package with the info/ serial # to register it. i told him i felt it was my fault for not being clear that I still wanted and needed that package. he said no, it was gone. he apologized, and get this! he offered to order an new one, register it under my name and info, and install it on my next visit. FREE of charge. holy crap, unless the car blows up on a future visit (don't expect that to happen, btw ;) ) I have a new mechanic. and one i actually like and trust. yippee!!

I am said husband, and I can't rave enough about the service at Taylormade (and my wife, of course, is awesome to take my car to her campus where they pick it up). I have had my car serviced here probably 5 times now. They have always been courteous, extremely fast, accurate in their expectation setting and competitively priced. I have had two issues with work they've done for me. The first was a minor mistake in repacking my bearings, so it made a funny noise. They had it fixed within an hour. The second, as mentioned by my wife, was the clandestine replacement of my alumni license plate holder with one of their Taylormade ones. The old one probably needed replacing anyway, but they were amazingly responsive in ordering a new alumni plate and sending it to us, even offering to install it for me (I think I can handle the job;-). No one person or firm is perfect, but the ones that turn mistakes - big or small - into opportunities to provide great customer service always thrive. Taylormade does just that and has a lifelong customer in me.

I used to have my car serviced here but now I have a Prius so I take it to the Toyota dealership. I continue to take my husband's car for service. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are very nice and seem to be honest car repair people. I think the biggest perk is that they will come pick up the car on Genentech campus and return it. Plus, they wash the cars for you! My one complaint is that they took my husband's license plate frame off and replaced it with one that advertises Taylormade. We miss his UC Davis Alumni plate frame. UPDATE! The folks at Taylormade read my Yelp review and not only called me directly to apologize but ordered a replacement for Doug and will deliver it to my office. The hubbie will be so excited about this! 6 STARS FOR TAYLORMADE!

I was absolutely 100% satisfied by Taylor Made - Incredibly courteous staff, and went the extra mile to inspect the car and make the appropriate repairs for a fair price. They even delivered the repaired car to my husband's office in Daly City. We will be taking both our cars here in the future. Highly recommended.
