I had Taylormade Automotive install aftermarket shocks on my Tesla. There was a small misunderstanding at first, so I called and spoke with Naeem, who asked me to bring the car back in. When I returned, I walked through my concerns again, and the owner, Ramiro, personally took the time to go on a test drive with me around the areas where I was hearing the noise. He was attentive, patient, and made sure he fully understood the issue. By the end of the day, they not only resolved the problem but truly went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any future needs.

As someone who works on cars I trust this shop. Brought my truck in for a rear differential pinion seal replacement a few months back. The staff and tech were knowledgeable, and the quote felt fair for the area. The only downside was the job took a bit longer than expected, but they had squeezed me in last minute so it’s understandable (they also only charged for the actual labor time). The shuttle service was a great touch also which made pickup and drop-off really convenient.

I brought my newly purchased truck to Taylormade for an issue with an engine light and proceeding repair. The service and guidance from Ramiro and Dennis outstanding was outstanding. I want to mention the fact that in my experience with this shop they are verifiably extremely honest. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome of my service. I will continue to bring my vehicle only here from now on. I recommend this shop to everyone.
